Both begin with a free 15-minute intake call.

Individual

Private, focused, and entirely about you, online or in person in Delhi. Personalised, trauma-informed and at your own pace.

Group

A small, facilitated group for connection and shared healing. Safe, gently structured, and offered in limited-spot cohorts.
