One-to-one therapy in a private, confidential space that moves entirely at your pace, online or in person in Delhi. Trauma-informed, collaborative and affirming.
A small, facilitated group for connection, shared understanding, and the reminder that you’re not alone. Gently structured, never forced, and offered in limited-spot cohorts.
Both begin with a free intake call. Fees are discussed there, with a few sliding-scale spots that can be arranged on a need basis.
Our approach
We work at a pace that feels safe, and you’ll always stay in the driver’s seat. Our approach is trauma-informed and feminist at its core, which means we take your context, your story and your safety seriously.
We focus on what actually helps you feel steadier, more grounded, and more like yourself again.

Questions, answered
Yes. What you share stays between us, within the standard ethical limits (for example, if there’s a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s). We’ll always be transparent about this.
That’s completely normal. Most people feel that way at first. You don’t need to prepare anything or “perform.” We’ll start wherever you are, and silence is okay too.
Yes. Research shows online therapy is as effective as in-person for most concerns, with the added comfort of being in your own space. All you need is a private spot and a stable connection.
We can work in English, हिन्दी (Hindi), বাংলা (Bengali) or অসমীয়া (Assamese), whichever you feel most yourself in. You’re warmly welcome in any of them.
Individual sessions offer fully private, focused 1:1 support. Groups offer connection and shared understanding with others. Not sure? We’ll figure it out together on the free intake call.
